Ingredients
- Garlic-Mayo Spread
- Mayonnaise - 50 grams
- Garlic - 3 pieces (finely chopped / grated)
- Ssamjang-Mayo Spread
- Mayonnaise - 50 grams
- Ssamjang - 30 grams
- Cabbage - 40 grams (finely sliced)
- Canned Ham - 2 pieces (sliced)
- Beef - 40 grams (sliced)
- ARLA PRO Red Cheddar Cheese - 20 grams
- ARLA PRO White Cheddar Cheese - 20 grams
- ARLA PRO Mozzarella Cheese - 20 grams
- ARLA Butter (Salted / Unsalted)
- Hamburger Bun - 1 piece
- Salt & Pepper - Pinch, as preferred
- Oil - 1 tablespoon
Procedure
- Spread
- Mix finely grated garlic with mayonnaise.
- Separately, mix ssamjang with another mayonnaise.
- Set aside for later.
- Cook
- Toast your hamburger bun on a pan withARLA butter.
- Pan fry 2 pieces of sliced ham.
- In a bowl, place your beef, add salt & pepper, then sear.
- Pan fry your beef.
- Assemble
- Spread garlic mayo inside the bun.
- Place cooked beef in the hamburger bun.
- Place your thinly sliced cabbage on top of the ham and drizzle with your ssamjang mayo.
- Add cooked ham on top.
- Cheese
- Melt ARLA PRO White Cheddar, ARLA PRO Mozzarella, and ARLA PRO Red Cheddar together in a non-stick pan.
- Once the cheeses are melted, immediately pour on top of the canned ham.
- Place the top bun.
