Cheesy Ham Burger

Ingredients

  • Garlic-Mayo Spread
    • Mayonnaise - 50 grams
    • Garlic - 3 pieces (finely chopped / grated)
  • Ssamjang-Mayo Spread
    • Mayonnaise - 50 grams
    • Ssamjang - 30 grams
  • Cabbage - 40 grams (finely sliced)
  • Canned Ham - 2 pieces (sliced)
  • Beef - 40 grams (sliced)
  • ARLA PRO Red Cheddar Cheese - 20 grams
  • ARLA PRO White Cheddar Cheese - 20 grams
  • ARLA PRO Mozzarella Cheese - 20 grams
  • ARLA Butter (Salted / Unsalted)
  • Hamburger Bun - 1 piece
  • Salt & Pepper - Pinch, as preferred
  • Oil - 1 tablespoon

Procedure

  • Spread
    1. Mix finely grated garlic with mayonnaise.
    2. Separately, mix ssamjang with another mayonnaise.
    3. Set aside for later.
  • Cook
    1. Toast your hamburger bun on a pan withARLA butter.
    2. Pan fry 2 pieces of sliced ham.
    3. In a bowl, place your beef, add salt & pepper, then sear.
    4. Pan fry your beef.
  • Assemble
    1. Spread garlic mayo inside the bun.
    2. Place cooked beef in the hamburger bun.
    3. Place your thinly sliced cabbage on top of the ham and drizzle with your ssamjang mayo.
    4. Add cooked ham on top.
  • Cheese
    1. Melt ARLA PRO White Cheddar, ARLA PRO Mozzarella, and ARLA PRO Red Cheddar together in a non-stick pan.
    2. Once the cheeses are melted, immediately pour on top of the canned ham.
    3. Place the top bun.
